Easy transaction, but since I was buying a non Land Rover vehicle, the knowledge about the vehicle and features was limited. Salesman, Drew, was efficient, professional and pleasant. Finance person, Fernando, was knowledgeable and professional with a good sense of humor.
Appreciated the quick service with a very helpful video review they give the customer of other mechanical issues that need to be addressed. Helps with future repairs planning. Good communication from Sam and the mechanic who worked on my car.

Wow, what an incredible experience! Jerry did an awesome job with my car service. I came in for a full complete check before my extended warranty expired. They were able to get me in quickly, give me a full video demonstration of the repairs needed, gave me a beautiful loaner to use while they were complete and the process was seamless. Nice folks. Made a couple errors. Miscommunication internally it seems. But had quality loaners throughout. Just some inconveniences and unnoticed issues that were documented but not resolved. They took care of everything and car is good as new. I would go back, but be a bit more specific and also pay more attention to detail.

I had some concerns after the service of my vehicle which I reached out to him he was able to handle it with no hesitation. My car only needed a new battery and it took 4 days!! Unacceptable! I don't understand why it took so long. One time you had my car for 4 weeks!!!!!

Gerald was my service rep and he made the service experience easy and fast. He was very attentive and detailed in the inspection and service of my Range Rover. He even discovered that there were prepaid warranties covering most of the bill. Gerald is an asset to your dealership.

I brought my car in with multiple concerns, including a coolant light issue as well as the cruise control, not working. They returned my car saying there was not an issue with both. Within minutes of leaving the dealership, the equivalent light came on and the cruise control was not working. My service advisor has since not responded to any of my follow ups.
Well they put on wrong tires but did great to get ones I paid for

Love the people who work at the dealership but definitely a little ridiculous brand new car window (on driver's side) makes loud sound when you go over 50mph and nothing anyone can do about it.

I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday morning due to a water leak. Throughout the day, I received no updates, and I drove in to check on it before closing. Surprisingly, the vehicle remained untouched all day. On the second day, I received no updates and no follow-up regarding the loaner I was promised during the drop-off. This experience has left me highly disappointed with my decision to purchase multiple vehicles from this location.

New Defender owner and cautious about reliability and service costs. The discussions had with my service advisor and the service technician have been cooperative, informative and collaborative. Yes, costs are commensurate with a luxury vehicle. The experience is also commensurate with the costs.

I was driving home after picking up my vehicle, the warning lights, limp mode came on and panel under the vehicle was not secure and came off driving home. I called the service center, and my vehicle was towed back the next day for service. They are very professional and accommodating.

Our second purchase here, great buying experience. We loved the selection and service we got from Land Rover Tampa.
The vehicle needed a part for the sunroof and it took over two weeks to arrive after the parts dept said it would take a couple of days. and the sunroof still doesn't close properly. .
By far the best service I’ve ever had at a dealership, let alone a JLR one. Jerry Lovins really takes cares of you and goes the extra mile to make you feel valued. I felt they were honest and transparent and attentive with their work and recommendations, not something you see nowadays.

Steve Morfino was fantastic. He was easy to communicate with and helpful. He embraced my toddler being with me in the dealership and never made me feel bad have a young child running around. He was clear during every step of the process. After the purchase was done there was a small hiccup after the detail of the car and he offered a remedy immediately.
