The vehicle needed a part for the sunroof and it took over two weeks to arrive after the parts dept said it would take a couple of days. and the sunroof still doesn't close properly. .
By far the best service I’ve ever had at a dealership, let alone a JLR one. Jerry Lovins really takes cares of you and goes the extra mile to make you feel valued. I felt they were honest and transparent and attentive with their work and recommendations, not something you see nowadays.

Outstanding job! We were having an issue for months that another shop couldn’t figure out, so we went in for a diagnostic at Land Rover Tampa. In under an hour, Nevres was not only able figure out the issue, he fixed it AND fixed 2 other issues that we weren’t even there for. Great guy, showed us his findings, and super impressive knowledge about these vehicles. Our service advisor Michael was very nice and did an outstanding job walking us through the whole process. Overall amazing experience!

Steve Morfino was fantastic. He was easy to communicate with and helpful. He embraced my toddler being with me in the dealership and never made me feel bad have a young child running around. He was clear during every step of the process. After the purchase was done there was a small hiccup after the detail of the car and he offered a remedy immediately.
