I have experienced multiple times what it’s like to deal with an unprofessional dealer, and Land Rover of Tampa is not one of them. From the very start their salesman, Jake showed excellent communication and kept the whole process of an out-of-state sale very smooth. Drew was a great salesman the only issue was with dealing with finance and having to feel like I had to get a warranty and when changing my mind, the mistakes that were made for the pricing seemed to be purposefully and not genuine!

Sam is fantastic. He is very caring and great at communication. My Range Rover was unfortunately misbehaving. On a Friday morning, it would not start, but the battery was fine (only 4 months old). So, I had it towed to the dealership. Of course, it started fine at the dealership. Monday morning, same issue. Once more, towed it to the dealership. Sam provided me with a loaner car. Actual servicing of my vehicle was great! Now, as far as the loaner vehicle situation, not so great. I'm charged $50 for the loaner vehicle which would cover not having to refill with gas upon return. Now, when I received the vehicle, it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas which I had to still put gas. I literally only commuted from the office to my home twice.i had rather been charged for the gas which would have came out cheaper. Not ideal.
